Ingredients:
For the caramel:
4 tablespoons of sugar
Water qb
For the pudding:
3 Eggs
1 can of condensed milk
2 Cans of milk (the same size as the can of condensed milk)

Preparation:
- For the caramel, place a pudding mold over low heat, with the sugar and enough water to moisten it.
- At first, stir to dissolve the sugar, then stop stirring and let the syrup darken. Be careful not to let it burn.
- When the syrup is dark enough, remove it from the heat and swirl the pan around until the sugar runs out and covers the entire inside of the pan. Be careful not to let the syrup burn.
- For the pudding, beat all the ingredients with a hand blender until you get a smooth mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the caramelized pan.
- Close the pan with the lid and bake in a bain-marie for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the pudding comes out clean.
- Refrigerate the pudding for a few hours before unmolding and serving.
- Place the mold in a container with hot water for a few seconds to make it easier to unmold.
