The simple combination of eggs, milk and sugar, with a touch of caramel, created a dessert that continues to be loved around the world, both in its traditional form and in its many modern variations. I make it this way and it is delicious.

Ingredients:

11 cute
1 ovo
200g sugar
500ml de leite 
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 glass of port wine
Liquid caramel qb

Preparation:

  1. Sift the egg yolks and egg.
  2. Add the egg yolks and the egg with the sugar and mix well.
  3. Then add the milk at room temperature, the sifted cornstarch and finally the Port wine.
  4. Wrap it all up.
  5. Meanwhile, grease the pan with liquid caramel.
  6. Pour the mixture into the pan and cook in a bain-marie over low heat for approximately 75 minutes.
  7. Remove, let cool and unmold.
