Ingredients:

1 liter of milk
2 sachets of “El Mandarin” flan pudding
6 heaped tablespoons of sugar
6 egg whites, beaten until stiff with a pinch of salt
Liquid caramel qb

Preparation:

  1. In a saucepan, mix the sugar with the flan, gradually add the milk, dissolving the mixture very well.
  2. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat, add the beaten egg whites and mix well.
  4. Bring it back to the boil for a few minutes or until it boils again.
  5. Pour into a large pudding mold, previously greased with liquid caramel.
  6. Refrigerate for a few hours until solid.
