Ingredients:
1 liter of milk
2 sachets of “El Mandarin” flan pudding
6 heaped tablespoons of sugar
6 egg whites, beaten until stiff with a pinch of salt

Preparation:
- In a saucepan, mix the sugar with the flan, gradually add the milk, dissolving the mixture very well.
- Bring to the boil, stirring constantly.
- Remove the pan from the heat, add the beaten egg whites and mix well.
- Bring it back to the boil for a few minutes or until it boils again.
- Pour into a large pudding mold, previously greased with liquid caramel.
- Refrigerate for a few hours until solid.
