Ingredients:
16 egg whites
480g sugar
Liquid caramel, to taste

Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Beat the egg whites until they are thick and firm and gradually add the sugar.
- Beat until you obtain a very firm meringue where you can no longer feel the grains of sugar.
- Grease a ring mold with liquid caramel and place the meringue in the mold by spoonfuls, taking care to smooth it out well and tapping it on the table to eliminate any air bubbles.
- Bake in a bain-marie (place the pan in a container with boiling water) for 16 minutes.
- Turn off the oven and, without opening it, leave the Molotov inside for 30 minutes.
- After this time, remove from the oven and wait 10-15 minutes before unmolding.
- Serve plain or topped with egg custard.
